What the Client Needed
A young couple wanted to completely reimagine their dated, uninspired family bathroom. The existing space had a bulky plastic shower tray, a small window, and poorly utilized floor space with an intrusive boiler cupboard. They asked for a sleek, high-end wet room that felt luxurious and spacious.

Before & After

Key Architectural Features
- Flawless tanking (waterproofing) system
- Frameless glass shower enclosure
- Large-format porcelain tiles
- Floating wall-hung double vanity
Our Workmanship
The true quality of this wet room lies beneath the surface. We applied a multi-stage, fully bonded waterproof tanking membrane to the entire floor and shower walls before tiling, ensuring absolute watertight integrity. The concealed plumbing for the floating vanity and wall-mounted fixtures required millimeter-perfect first-fix routing. The large-format porcelain tiles were precision-cut with mitred edges at the external corners, avoiding cheap plastic trims for a flawless, high-end architectural finish.

What We Delivered
We transformed the space into a stunning luxury wet room. By removing the boiler cupboard and installing a completely flush frameless shower enclosure, we maximized the available footprint. Large-format grey porcelain tiles were used on both floor and walls to create a seamless, expansive feel. A floating dark oak double vanity unit adds warmth while maintaining the illusion of more floor area. The hidden elements—precision plumbing and a flawless tanking system—ensure the aesthetic is matched by long-term durability.
